ENTREE
Through the long driveway, where easily three cars can park, you walk to the front door
which opens into the central hall. This hall gives access to all rooms in the house. In the hall
you will also find the meter cupboard, where the inverter of the solar panels is placed, and a
handy closet. The floor in the hall consists of tiles in a light and neutral color.
LIVING ROOM
The living room is located at the front of the house and has a beautiful wooden
floor, large windows and a sliding door (with screen door) allowing lots of light in
comes. If the sun shines too brightly you can lower the shutters.
KITCHEN AND CONSERVATORY
You wouldn't know it but this timeless kitchen is almost 20 years old. The subway tiles and
the granite top shine in your face and the many white cabinets and drawers do not show a speck
to be seen. You can cook on the four-burner stove or in the combination oven. Furthermore, there is a
dishwasher, a close-in boiler and a refrigerator. As an extension of the kitchen
is undoubtedly the nicest part of the house: the conservatory! Here you can start the morning
with breakfast in the morning sun while overlooking the green garden. It is also a
wonderful place to sit during the day to read, work or just enjoy a cup of coffee
with visitors. The back window of the sunroom has a sun screen.
BASEMENT
From the kitchen you have access to the basement. In this surprisingly large space you can

The garage can be accessed indoors through the kitchen or from outside through double sliding
doors. In front of the garage is a long driveway that can easily accommodate three cars.
The garage is largely set up as a workshop and has connections for white goods. In
the garage there is also a sink and a second toilet.
GARDEN:
This beautifully landscaped backyard is no less than about 18 meters deep and has several
opportunities for nice seats. Directly on the house is a roof placed so you
